2 onions
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 carrots
125 ml beef stock
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
2cm ginger
1tsp chilli flakes
2tbsp sesame
1tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Salt, Pepper
Chop up beef and veggies. Brown the onions and add beef, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes then add veggies. Mix the remainig ingredients and add to the beef-veggie-mix. Cook until sauce thickens. Season to taste. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
