1 apple
35g ground oats
100g quark/ greek yogurt
1 egg
1/2 tsp flaxseed (optional)
1tbsp whey (optional)
Sweetner of choice
Almond extract/ Bittermandelaroma
Water or milk
Cut apple into slices and fry in a non-stick pan until it gets softer. Combine all ingredients and add water or milk until you have a nice batter. Pour the batter over the apples and bake for 10-15 min at 220 degrees.
I usually bake my pancakes in the oven but you can also pan fry them.
