Tuna-Egg Salad

This salad is full of protein and super yummy.


You will need
1 hard-boiled egg
4 boiled egg whited
100g of pickles (mine have 2,3g of carbs/100g) 
150g of low fat cottage cheese
1 can of tuna
Spring onions
Herbs
Salt, pepper

Chop up all ingredients and mix them up. I always add 2tbls of the pickle water and season with salt, pepper and salad herbs.
Makes 4 servings. 
2,2g of fat, 2,2g of carbs and 19,7g of protein per serving.
