This chilli is done quickly and very low in carbs. You will need:
400-500g ground chicken or turkey
1 bell pepper
1 stalk if celery
1 onion
1 clove garlic, minced
100 ml chicken broth
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chilly powder
Salt and pepper to taste
First you cook the meat and onions until brown all over. Then add remaining ingredients and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Feel free to add other veggies like mushrooms or eggplant. Enjoy!
