Delicious and moist and I swear you can't taste thd kidney beans.
Recipe:
1 can of kidney beans
100g quark or greek yogurt
3 tbsp raw cocoa
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tsp almond extract/ Bittermandelaroma
Sweetner to taste ( I used 75g Erythritol)
1tsp baking powder
Combine all ingredients and bake until wooden stick comes out clean (30-40 min). Enjoy!
For eight pieces these brownies have 66 kcal, 2g of fat, 5,3g of carbs (2,3g fiber), 5,7g of protein.
