No carb wrap / tortilla


You'll need:
3 Eiweiß/ eggwhites 
30g neutrales Whey/ neutral Whey protein 
1 Ts geschrotete Leinsamen/ flaxseed
Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze/ Salt, Pepper/ Seasoning 
Wasser/ water 

Alle Zutaten mischen und soviel Wasser dazugeben, bis ein recht flüssiger Teig( wie für Crepes) entsteht. Dann in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze ausbacken. Ergibt 2 große Wraps. Nach Wunsch befüllen. 

Mix all ingredients and add water until the dough is slightly runny( like for crepes). Bake in a large pan on medium heat. Makes two wraps. Fill with whatever you like.

Marbled Protein Cheesecake


You'll need:
500g quark 
300g fat free cream cheese 
4 eggs
1scoop Vanilla protein powder 
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sweetner of your choice 
1tbsp raw cacao

Mix all ingedients but the cacao powder and pour 1/2 of the white batter into a small springform. Add the cacao to the remaining batter and mix well. Pour dark batter over the white and stir slightly with toothpick or fork to create the marble effect. Then bake at 180degrees for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!

Savory Waffles (no carb)





These savory waffles are very easy to make and a good bread alternative.

You'll need:
2 eggs/ Eier
1 Tbsp quark/ Quark 
1 scoop of non-flavored whey / neutrales Whey
Italian Herbs
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingedients and bake 3-4 waffles in you wafflemaker. Fill them with whatever you like. I put low fat cream cheese, turkey bacon and harzer cheese on mine and microwaved it for 30 seconds. Delicious! 

Protein Waffes (low carb)


This recipe is great for breakfast or whenever you have your carbs. You'll need:

1 egg / Ei
2 eggwhites /Eiweiß 
1 Tbsp curd / Quark
20g whey of your choice (I used scitec vanilla) / Whey deiner Wahl (Ich benutze Scitec Vanille)
1 Tbsp ground oats / EL gemahlene Haferflocken
Sweetner of your choice/ Süßstoff deiner Wahl

I used 1tsp of gingerbread spice sometimes, which makes them taste very christmas-y. 

Mix all ingredients and pour the  batter in your waffle maker. Bake for 2 minutes or until done. I served mine with some curd mixed with water, vanilla extract and sweetner and pureed strawberries. Enjoy!

Alle Zutaten vermischen und im Waffeleisen ca 2 Minuten ausbacken. Ich habe meine mit Quark gemischt mit Wasser, Vanille und Süßstoff und pürierten Erdbeeren serviert.

Gooseberry Meringue Cake


This cake is delicious and a great alternative to oatmeal in the morning.
You will need:

For the cake:
140g ground oats
40g vanilla whey (I used scitec)
5 eggwhites
1 egg
2 Tbsp quark or greek yogurt
1-2 Tbsp erythritol /Xucker or other sweetner
1 pckg baking powder
1-2 handful of berries/ fruit of your choice

For the meringue:
2 eggwhites
Pinch of crean of tartar
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp erythritol/Xucker of sweetner of your choice

Mix ingredients for the cake and pour the batter in a baking dish. Spread the berries on top and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Meanwhile prepare the meringue. Beat two eggwhites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff then add sweenter one tbsp at a time. Beat until sweetner has dissolved. 
Take the cake out of the oven and spread meringue mix on top. Reduce heat to 150 degrees and bake for 20 more minutes. After that turn the heat off and leave the cake in the oven without opening the oven door until cool. Enjoy and let me know if you liked it!

Chicken Chilli


This chilli is done quickly and very low in carbs. You will need:

400-500g ground chicken or turkey
1 bell pepper
1 stalk if celery
1 onion
1 clove garlic, minced
100 ml chicken broth
1 can of chopped tomatoes 
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chilly powder
Salt and pepper to taste

First you cook the meat and onions until brown all over. Then add remaining ingredients and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes. 
Feel free to add other veggies like mushrooms or eggplant. Enjoy!
